The Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas makes house plans available for purchase to the public. These plans include the full set of construction drawings. For owners of homes constructed on Government Subdivisions, the price of the floor plan is not included in the cost of the homes, therefore the Department of Housing makes the approved plan available for purchase to the homeowner.
